With a deep-rooted passion for building and serving communities, David Loranger brings a unique blend of construction expertise, military discipline, and dedication to helping others achieve their dream of homeownership. He began his career building new homes along the scenic coasts of Virginia and the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Driven by a calling to serve something greater, David proudly dedicated 20 years to active duty service in the U.S. Army.

After retiring from the military, he returned to the home building and remodeling industry, further refining his understanding of what makes a house a home. In 2018, David moved to Tennessee and devoted himself to volunteer and nonprofit work, assisting Veterans in finding stable employment and housing.

As a real estate professional, David’s philosophy is simple: provide every client with exceptional service, and treat them with care, dignity, loyalty and respect, always believing that homeownership is an achievable goal for everyone.
